Requirements for Membership:

The association shall be composed of Active members, Associate members and Honorary members. No person shall be admitted into active membership unless they are duly elected or appointed Chief or Assistant Chief or served as a Chief Officer of a volunteer Fire Department; 21 to 65 years of age for active members. Associate members must be captains or lieutenants of a volunteer fire department. Honorary members must be active firefighters or exempt firefighter.

Benefits:

On the death of an active member, the sum shall be set by the Executive Board and shall be paid to the beneficiary at the time of death or at the discretion of the Executive Board providing at the time of their admission into the association they shall not have been over sixty-five (65) years of age on their next birthday. The assessment shall be three dollars ($3.00) per active member.
